The consultation includes answers to your questions and a sketch of the layout is possible.
The sketch is carried out according to the bti plan, it does not contain exact dimensions (as on the bti plan), but only a schematic and conceptual arrangement of walls and partitions, indicating the approximate location of the main pieces of furniture (sofa, table, TV).
The sketch is not a drawing and does not meet the requirements for construction documentation. The sketch is a creative vision and opinion of Olga Kondratova regarding possible options for reorganizing the space.
The duration of the consultation is one hour (60 minutes). Consultations are preceded by preliminary work and analysis of the customer's materials.
Evaluation of finished projects takes place without creating a sketch. Expert opinions, indications of errors and oral recommendations for correction will be given.
Responsibility for all possible consequences from use of the sketch and answers to questions for any work lies with the person _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136d_bad5 -5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_decision on such use.

Further, from several options, a common final decision is developed (this may be the fifth and tenth version, until we agree). For the final version, a plan is being developed with markings on the walls, with furniture sizes, explication of the premises.
